I’m not saying that 2003 was a bad year, but I think it was time to update the blog engine. B2 was on the cutting edge and I figured that WordPress has proved itself over the past few years, so I’ve officially upgraded the blog!
Everything should work fine, but that’s only in principle. Please let me know if there is anything wonky going around. The usual people should still be able to post and login with the same passwords, etc. Comments may appear in moderation while I get the spam thingy right. You should be able to find the login link on the right hand side in the lower section of links.
I’d really like to thank Aral Balkan and and his b2 to wordpress conversion script which was more than a lifesaver.
Last but not least, I’ll be working on a new theme when I get a bit more time. Enjoy.
p.s. all of the post categories have been reset – deal with it and (for the authors) make some new categories on the right hand side of the dashboard.

Not true. Darw1n.net underwent three stylistic revisions. Given, the last occurred in 2004/5, but that’s of no consequence.
I just realized that there’s no names on any of the entries. Should we start signing them, or will that come with some tweaking?
